Specifically, the highest prosecution body in Albania has responded to the major American media outlet Fox News, which requested confirmation from SPAK whether it is investigating a development project related to Jared Kushner. And the response has been negative.

SPAK: In response to your request, the Special Structure Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) does not have any open investigation regarding any project related to Mr. Jared Kushner. SPAK has initiated an investigation; however, this investigation concerns matters that are not related to the subject of your request.
