A day before the meeting of the Socialist Party parliamentary group, which is expected to take place tomorrow amid the political developments of recent days, the “Top Story” show studio discussed the majority’s reaction to the protest held today in front of Parliament.
SP MP Ardit Bido hints that tomorrow’s meeting will include a reflection on what happened during the protest, while analyst Alban Dudushi adds that he does not expect radical changes in the government cabinet.
Bido: I don’t know if there will be changes in the government, because it is in the hands of the Prime Minister. Tomorrow what is expected is a political stance of the SP towards the lessons learned, not from the group that was before the parliament today, but from that group of society that are ordinary citizens of the country who expressed their dissatisfaction. The only one that can do this reflection is the SP. It is also the concluding part of the parliamentary session, this will also become a summary of the work of this session. There will undoubtedly be a discussion regarding the Territorial Reform.
Dudushi: If there is one success that the protest has achieved, it is that the government’s steps should be made in relation to the protest, not the opposition. He will also talk about the protest tomorrow. I do not find it credible that he will make radical changes in the government, because it would simply irritate them, since they are looking for his “head”.
